
Bag Refund, Exchange and Repair Policy
At United Luxury, we value our customers and are committed to providing the best shopping experience. To ensure that you are satisfied with your watch purchase, we have established the following return, exchange and repair policy:
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility
You may return a bag within 14 days of the original purchase date if the bag meets the following conditions:
The bag is in its original condition and has not been worn.
All tags, stickers and protective covers are intact.
(If the protective cover has been removed, we regret to deny your request as this is in violation of our return and exchange policy.)
The bag comes with the original packaging, including the box and instructions.
Please provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refund Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please share a photo or video of the bag with us.
Once approved, please carefully package the bag and all accompanying items and send it back to us using a tracked and insured shipping method. (Please use local courier or EMS shipping only)
Once we receive and inspect the returned bag and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refund will be issued via the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility
You can request an exchange for a different bag within 30 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:
The bag is in its original condition and has not been worn.
All tags, stickers and protective covers are intact.
(If the protective cover has been removed, we regrettably deny your request as this is in violation of our return and exchange policy.)
The bag comes with the original packaging, including box and manuals.
Provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
